Shipping policy

Currently Dabbldoo ships exclusively in the USA & CANADA. 

We are currently working on certifying our products in Europe.  If you sign up for our emails you'll be notified when that awesome day happens! 

Handling Time 

Orders ship out within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Tracking Information 

Tracking numbers will be uploaded to the order page and sent to your email inbox. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking page to show the most recent information.

We are not to be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these scenarios. It is the customer's responsibility to file all shipping claims.

International 

Our international orders are shipped via USPS. Allow 2-3 business days for processing and 7-16 business days for your shipment to arrive.

*NOTE - During the Holidays, USPS delivery times can be delayed.

**You may also be charged custom fees for delivery in your country—this is your country's sales tax. We cannot mark purchases as gifts and are not responsible for any additional shipping charges.
