Dabbldoo accepts returns that meet all outlined return requirements. Items can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Note: For holiday orders purchased between November 1st - December 24th, the return window will be within 30 days of purchase OR January 2nd - whichever is greater. All other outlined return requirements must be met in order to be eligible for a return on a holiday order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All products must be in their original product packaging and be unopened/unused.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Additionally, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

After receiving a return label, returns must be shipped within 2 days. Please cut the return label out, tape it to the box, and drop off at the nearest USPS office.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be given for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs (original shipping cost and return shipping cost) will not be refunded.
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund for your return yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

At this time, Dabbldoo is unable to offer exchanges. If you ordered the incorrect item, please return the unwanted item and re-order through our website.
Incorrect or Defected Item
If we made a mistake with your order, please contact us at email@example.com. We will provide a return label if an exchange needs to be made. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery of any defects with the item. Any claims past 30 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
Dabbldoo is not responsible for lost/undelivered packages. Once the package leaves our shipping center (verified by tracking information) it is no longer our responsibility. If your package gets lost, you can try filing a claim through USPS or going through your credit card company to receive a refund.
